My journey began at AON Hewitt, where I developed my foundation in benefits administration and HR operations. From there, I moved to Xerex Business Services, expanding into multi-country payroll processing across APAC.
Today, as Global Payroll Implementation Manager at Deel, I lead complex implementation projects spanning 25+ countries, while building automation tools that have transformed how our teams work. I realized that as companies grow, their payroll systems often fail to keep up -- processes remain manual, data lives in silos, and compliance becomes a ticking time bomb.
